We collect your name and email address when you register. We store encrypted credentials to maintain your accounting system connection, and metadata about your approval workflows and schedule configurations.
Journal entry amounts and supporting documents are stored as part of your audit trail. Supporting documents attached to journal entries are deleted from our storage after they are posted to your accounting system. Workbook cell values referenced by a journal entry are captured at submission time for audit purposes.
Solely to provide the PostLedger service: authenticating your account, running approval workflows, and posting journal entries to your accounting system on your behalf. We do not sell or share your data.
All data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.
